Jake and Tiger
inis, Sherry said she had one more, but it was a 6 month old black male. We said we would give him a try, thinking we really hadn't planned on a puppy. Of course it was an instant bond between Jake and Tiger (formerly Buddy). We couldn't say no. It has been endless fun and games between the two of them and my cat. Tiger really is adorable. We don't exactly know what he is mixed with, but he definitely has the schnauzer bark. The two of them play all day, and actually sleep like babies all night long. They don't move until I give them their morning massage. I can't describe in words how much they mean to me and my family. We are so grateful to MSRH for all they do to help so many precious babies. Thanks for being there!
Enzo the Wonder Schnauzer
Marvin and Casey are our boys!
We lost our eldest dog, a Golden Retriever (age 13) this past Tuesday. Even though our hearts ache for our lost short-lived family member known as Punky, the boys can still bring smiles to our faces.
We have also fostered Valerie and most recently, Juliet. I am so surprised at how unique every Schnauzer personality can be - what characters they all are!
We spread the word about adoption everywhere we go. It has changed the way we think, knowing how many great animals need equally great forever families. We pray every rescue finds a loving home.

One Year Anniversary
her beloved Candy "The Cane" (also adopted from MSRH) the day before. Being a
MSRH volunteer she knew that to get another was to save a life and I am so glad
she came and saw me! Aunt Karen (other wise known as the "President of MSRH")
thought we would be a good match and she was correct! I had been an owner
surrender- dumped in their very driveway (actually the hands of Uncle Mike as he
went out to get in his car!). I try not to think about life before MSRH. I was
not in the best of shape and had to be at the vet hospital for a couple weeks
before coming to stay at the President's house (awesome digs if I say so
myself!) If it wasn't for MSRH who knows where I would be! Hard to believe a
whole year has passed since my adoption day! As you can see by the pictures I
have trained my mom well and live a pampered life! I have her in the palm of my
paw!!! I even have my own blog about my thoughts and adventures
(www.teachminiblog.blogspot.com). I want to give a shout out to Aunt Karen and
Uncle Mike, as well as Al and Gloria Ewert whose home I had just been moved to
as a foster the day before I met my mom. Thanks to all in the MSRH
organization...you are all my heroes...and to my mom as well...I wuff you
all!!!! ~ Brooke Elaine Bacon

Madison is Loved!
A Squared
Alfie is going to be a very important part of our lives. He is so loveable and cute. We love him so much already.
Thank you so much for all your organization does to save these wonderful little creatures. Marilyn was so helpful in my adoption of Alfie. She has been very supportive and helpful.
We are adding MSRH to our charity list.
Once again, thank you for Alex and now for Alfie. They are a wonderful addition to our lives.
