We adopted Elmo first. He jumped right in the car and headed out of state to his new forever home in Oklahoma - he's been a Sooner ever since! He liked being an only child but we thought he needed a sister, so a year and a half later we adopted Aspen. They have been friends forever, although Aspen has to straighten him out sometimes and just let him know who is in charge. Almost two years ago, we made the mistake of getting on the MSRH website in a vulnerable moment. Surely a cute Schnauzer is the only thing that could entice anyone on to the road during OU/Texas weekend! Off we went, and picked up the baby, Charlotte. She came to her forever home and riled up everything. It's never been the same since. She loves to be touching her sister at all times, and Aspen has been very tolerant. Her brother does not let her near anyone who has food but that seems to work out just fine!
